Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam: "I'm not going anywhere"

In his first televised interview since his racist yearbook photo emerged — to be aired Monday at 7 am on "CBS This Morning" — Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam said that he's "not going anywhere" and that he believes he's the best person to help Virginia heal.

Justin Fairfax, who has been accused by two women of sexual assault, or Attorney General Mark Herring, who is facing a blackface scandal of his own.
