Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said on Fox News Sunday that the United States "really needs to discontinue [its] arms sales to Saudi Arabia" due to the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi, adding that there needs to be "a long and serious discussion about whether or not they want to be an ally or want to be an enemy."
