Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has indicated he cannot commit to return to Harvard Law School to teach his course, "The Supreme Court Since 2005," in January, according to the Harvard Crimson.
The big picture: Kavanaugh taught at Harvard Law for "roughly a decade." Hundreds of Harvard Law alumni signed a letter last week asking the school to rescind Kavanaugh's lecturer appointment.
