A new Pew Research survey found 76% of registered voters say Supreme Court appointments will be a "very important" part of their 2018 midterm vote in November.
Why it matters: That's higher than the 65% of voters who said the same in June 2016, and more voters consider the Supreme Court as a crucial voting issue right now than health care (75%) and the economy (74%) — the two leading topics throughout this cycle.
