U.S. stocks plunge in pre-market trading amid China trade dispute

U.S. stocks are tanking in pre-market trading on the White House's threat to impose tariffs on another $200 billion of Chinese goods with the Dow down 376 points as of 7:23 a.m. Chinese stocks have already finished a terrible Tuesday with 1,023 stocks plunging 10% in one day, per Bloomberg.
