Trump: U.S. "will not be a migrant camp"

President Trump said "the United States will not be a migrant camp and it will not be a refugee holding facility" under his administration while speaking about the future of U.S. space policy Monday.

The big picture: His administration's "zero tolerance" immigration policy has created intense controversy as thousands of migrant children have been separated from their parents and placed in federal custody. Using such radical measures to deter illegal immigrants has spurred controversy from fellow Republicans, who face two consequential votes on immigration in the House this week.
