The details: Trump said he used an iPad to show Kim the movie trailer-style video — a story about "two men, two leaders and one destiny," the Associated Press reports.
- The video says there are two paths to choose from: One of "moving back" filled with warfare and another of "moving forward" with investment opportunities from other countries. The trailer is said to have been produced by Destiny Pictures.
Be smart: The White House produced the video, as Axios' Jonathan Swan reported Wednesday. The founder of Destiny Productions, which was listed in the credits, told BuzzFeed White House reporter Tarini Parti it had "nothing to do with it."
Kim Jong-un appeared to have liked the video, reports the New York Daily News. Through a translator, Kim said many people will think of it as a scene from "a science fiction movie."
