Gary Cohn doesn't own Bitcoin
Gary Cohn predicts there will be wide adoption of crypocurrencies, but not to the extent people think. The White House economic adviser, who came to Washington from Goldman Sachs, doesn't own or have interest in Bitcoin, he told Axios' Mike Allen at an event on Wednesday.
Why it matters: Bitcoin is priced at nearly $18,000 dollars after a huge year of valuation growth. Wall Street has even set up ways for people to short Bitcoin.
