President Trump gaggled with reporters on Air Force One today during his flight to Palm Beach for his meeting with President Xi Jinping of China, per the White House pool report.

On Assad stepping down in Syria: "I think what happened in Syria is a disgrace to humanity, and he's there, and I guess he's running things, so I guess something should happen."

On the China summit: The two biggest issues for him to discuss with Xi are "North Korea and trade."

On the nuclear option affecting future SCOTUS choices: "Hopefully if there is a second [Supreme Court vacancy] in my administration — there could be as many as 4 — I don't think the nuclear option has anything to do with it at all."

On his 76 days as president thus far: "I think we've had one of the most successful 13 weeks in the history of the presidency."
