George Conway, husband of senior Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway, is set to be nominated to lead the Justice Department's civil division, the WSJ reports. If confirmed, he'll be tasked with defending the President Trump's new travel ban as well as other lawsuits against the administration
Conway is partner at Wall Street law firm Watchell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; and has previously worked on a series of high-profile cases.
