A senior administration official says the White House plans to release its long-awaited infrastructure plan in early January, per Bloomberg. The plan — reportedly complete and recently reviewed by Trump — would utilize $200 billion in federal money over the next decade to incentivize another $800 billion in spending from state and local authorities and private entities.
