At least 10 people have died after a car bomb exploded on Saturday in the northern Syrian town Al-Bab, per a post from the official Twitter account of the Turkish Defense Ministry.
Where it stands: No one has claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Turkish government is blaming the event on Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), a designated terrorist group per Turkey and the U.S., and the Kurdish People's Protection Units.
