Here's Jeff Sessions speaking with conservative radio host Mark Levin about the legal roadblocks for Trump's travel ban, per CNN's Andrew Kaczynski:
"We are confident that the President will prevail on appeal and particularly in the Supreme Court, if not the Ninth Circuit. So this is a huge matter. I really am amazed that a judge sitting on an island in the Pacific can issue an order that stops the President of the United States from what appears to be clearly his statutory and Constitutional power."
Why the fuss? As the head of the justice department, it's dangerous territory for Sessions to be seemingly challenging a federal judge's authority, and Hawaii's Congressional delegation isn't thrilled with that characterization of the Aloha State.
