An agreement has reportedly been reached between the Syrian government and a Syrian Kurdish group to "chart a roadmap to a democratic and decentralized Syria," Reuters reports.
The details: The Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Council is a part of the Syrian Democratic Forces which is backed by the United States. The SDC said it met with Syrian officials at the invitation of President Bashar al-Assad, and agreed to "form committees on various levels" to end the war in Syria.
