A memo from Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, written in response to a document from Chairman Devin Nunes which alleged misconduct from the FBI and Dept. of Justice over the FISA warrant system, has been released.
The key claim: "FBI and DOJ officials did not 'abuse' the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) process, omit material information, or subvert this vital tool to spy on the Trump campaign."
