Hill moves
- Courtney Corrado is now press secretary for Sen. Tim Scott. She was previously press assistant.
- Stefanie Farrell is now press secretary at the House Judiciary Committee, where she was most recently the deputy press secretary.
- Jack Clem has a new position as press secretary at the House China Select Committee. He was most recently staff assistant for Rep. Dale Strong, per Leadership Connect.
Administration moves
- Christy Lewis has joined the Commerce Department's Office of General Counsel as senior counsel. She was previously counsel for the Senate Commerce Committee under Sen. Ted Cruz.
- Jordan Brewer is now a special advisor at the State Department's Bureau of Cyberspace and Digital Policy. He was most recently a manager of government affairs at the Cato Institute.
- Levi Lall has joined the Department of Justice's Office of Legal Policy as counsel. He was previously counsel for the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property, Artificial Intelligence, and the Internet, chaired by Rep. Darrell Issa.
Industry and lobbying moves
- Accenture Federal Services has welcomed Garrett Berntsen as the defense & intel data and AI lead. He's previously worked on AI policy at the White House and on digital transformation at the departments of Defense and State.
- Mayer Brown has announced that Jasjit (Jas) Vidwan joined the firm as a partner in its IP practice in Washington, D.C. He joins from ArentFox Schiff.
- The Entertainment Software Association has announced that Stan McCoy will serve as senior vice president and general counsel. He spent a decade as a senior executive of the Motion Picture Association, and previously served as the assistant U.S. trade representative for intellectual property and innovation from 2008 to 2014.
- Jenner & Block has announced that Matt Pearl joined the firm as of counsel in the Washington, D.C., office as a member of the communications, Internet and technology practice and the critical and emerging technologies practice. He previously served in the White House and spent over 10 years at the FCC's Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
- Kathleen Farley has joined the Chamber of Progress as vice president of litigation. She was most recently at Davis Wright Tremaine as the First Amendment and media associate.
- INCOMPAS has announced the appointment of Staci Pies as senior vice president of government affairs and policy. She was most recently vice president of public policy at Crown Castle.
- Julia Schechter is now senior manager of policy communications at Snap. She was most recently a PR manager at Apple.
- Jeff Rothblum has joined LILT AI as head of government affairs and strategy. He was most recently the director of strategic risk at the White House Office of the National Cyber Director.
- Digvijay Lamba is now the CTO of OneTrust. Most recently, he was the CTO at Alteryx.
- The Network Advertising Initiative has announced that Megan Cox is the new director of its privacy review program. She previously worked as an attorney in the FTC's Division of Privacy and Identity Protection.
- Anna Newby is now director of global policy communications at Micron. She was previously communications director at the National Nuclear Security Administration.
- James Hyde is now CEO of Snappt. He was previously CEO of Venminder.
