Union Pacific ordered to release video of rate hike threat

Union Pacific must release a video of CEO Jim Vena threatening to raise rates on shippers that don't support the Norfolk Southern merger, an administrative judge ruled Friday.

Why it matters: The federal Surface Transportation Board, which is reviewing the deal, "will not tolerate retaliation," the judge wrote in the ruling.
