Union Pacific and Norfolk Southern offered concession proposals in a supplement to their merger application to the Surface Transportation Board on Tuesday.
What's inside: The concessions include the divestiture of ownership stakes in the Terminal Railroad Association of St. Louis, Kansas City Terminal Railway and TTX Company, all co-owned by multiple railroads.
