Follow the money: Toloka, u.ventures and Movens Capital led, joined by Intercom cofounder Des Traynor and other investors, Vozniak says.

How it works: Cargofy's AI agents connect its network of 50,000 registered carriers to freight load boards, place hundreds of phone calls per minute, and automate repetitive tasks for manufacturers, brokers and owner-operators. 

Zoom out: Trucking and logistics businesses are racing to adopt AI to streamline their operations and find cost savings.

Zoom in: Cargofy has received multiple acquisition offers but sees opportunity to grow its business significantly before an exit, Vozniak says.

Context: Cargofy is up against well-capitalized, deal-hungry competitors like HappyRobot, Augment and Pallet in supply chain automation.

What they're saying: The Series A would have been larger, if not for Russia's war on Ukraine making some investors skittish, the CEO says.

"It's not good conditions," he said. "But we didn't choose it. I don't know how to influence it. So we just have to adapt."

Catch up quick: Cargofy raised a $2.5 million seed in 2022 from JKR Investment Group and Flyer One Ventures. 

It crossed $10 million in annual revenue and 2,000 paying customers in 2025.
