A group led by Advent and FedEx will acquire European parcel locker provider InPost for €7.8 billion ($9.2 billion) in cash, the companies announced Monday.
Why it matters: InPost's 61,000 automated package lockers and thousands of delivery locations are a shot in the arm for FedEx in Europe.
