Ceva Logistics says it plans to acquire Fagioli Group, a Milan-based heavy hauling and hoisting specialist, from private equity firm QuattroR.
Why it matters: It's the latest in a series of deals to expand Ceva's geographic reach, after its acquisition by French container giant CMA CGM for $1.65 billion in 2019.
