Keurig Dr Pepper agrees to buy energy-drinks brand Ghost for over $1B

Keurig Dr Pepper has agreed to acquire energy-drinks maker Ghost for more than $1 billion.

Why it matters: This would mark the biggest deal for the beverage giant since its acquisition of Dr Pepper Snapple for $19 billion in cash in 2018.
