Avail, an AI startup that summarizes scripts and books, has launched with Alexis Ohanian's VC firm's backing.
Driving the news: Avail launched its beta version this morning.
Avail's investors include Ohanian's Seven Seven Six, General Catalyst, Shari Redstone's Advancit Capital and Liontree. Range Media Partners is also an investor.
Details: Avail is co-founded by CEO Chris Giliberti and head of roduct & technology John Liu.
Prior to Avail, Giliberti served as founder of Zestworld, and as founder and head of Gimlet Pictures. Liu was also a founder of Zestworld.
Avail is available for companies and individuals, with subscriptions starting at $250 per month.
