Sword Health plans to acquire mental health company Headspace for between $200 million and $300 million in cash, Axios Pro has learned from multiple sources.
Why it matters: It's a steep valuation drop for the buzzy behavioral health company and meditation app maker, which was valued at around $3 billion in 2021.
