Northlane Capital Partners is selling pharma consultancy SAI MedPartners, Axios Pro has learned.

SAI MedPartners generates just under $20 million in EBITDA.

How it works: Reading, Penn.-based SAI MedPartners provides competitive intelligence research for pharma and medical device companies.

Catch up quick: Northlane bought SAI MedPartners in 2022, and the company has made three acquisitions since — Fulcrum Research Group, PharmaForce International and London-based IDEA Partners. 

State of play: Other companies in the deal pipeline include Ares-backed The Lockwood Group, a full-service medical communications firm.

Mountaingate Capital is selling Relevate Health, which helps pharma market to health care providers. 

Momentum Life Sciences, a privately held tech company helping pharma engage directly with patients, is mid-auction. 

 Northlane and Clearsight did not respond to a request for comment.
