Omada Health raises $150M in its IPO

Virtual metabolic care business Omada Health raised $150.1 million in its Nasdaq IPO, pricing at the midpoint of its $18 to $20 per share range.

By the numbers: The offering makes San Francisco-based Omada worth about $1.1 billion, in line with its $1 billion valuation in 2022.
