Omada Health, a virtual diabetes care provider, filed for an IPO.

The big picture: It comes after digital health peer Hinge updated its S1 this week to reflect Q1 growth. 

By the numbers: Omada reports net losses of $47.1 million on $169.8 million in revenue for 2024, compared to a $67.5 million net loss on $122.8 million in revenue the year prior.

The company reports $54.9 million in Q1 revenue.

Omada has raised nearly $450 million to-date from investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Cigna Ventures and Wellington Management, per PitchBook.

What's next: The San Francisco-based company plans to list on Nasdaq under ticker symbol OMDA.
