Bridgepoint-backed LumApps is set to acquire Beekeeper, a mobile-first platform for frontline workers, and will continue to be acquisitive, company co-founder and CEO Sébastien Ricard tells Axios exclusively.
LumApps looked at 20 different targets with frontline worker platforms before eventually focusing on Beekeeper, Ricard adds.
What we're hearing: The deal would be funded mostly through Bridgepoint, with additional capital from LumApps, and there is also some management rollover from the Beekeeper leadership team.
