Elon Musk's $1 billion acquisition of gas turbine company APR Energy "was one of the best things that ever happened" to Duos Technologies, a listed maker of small modular data centers.
That's according to CEO Doug Recker, who says the $50 million it got from that deal will let it acquire and develop land — at a time when larger data centers are facing backlash.
