Morgan Stanley Investment Management has raised $750 million for its first climate-focused growth fund tied to avoiding a gigaton of heat-trapping emissions.
The big picture: The 1GT fund, from Morgan Stanley's alternative-investment arm, drew backing from about a dozen investors in North America, Europe and Japan.
