⚽ San Diego Wave FC vs. Denver Summit FC: The Wave host expansion side Denver on Friday at 7pm at Snapdragon Stadium.
🎹 The Gershwins in Hollywood with Michael Feinstein: Feinstein joins the San Diego Symphony for a night of Gershwin film music Friday at 7:30pm at The Rady Shell.
🎧 RÜFÜS DU SOL: The electronic trio takes over Petco Park with Ben Böhmer on Saturday at 7:30pm.
🍋 Lemon Festival: Chula Vista's citrus celebration fills Third Avenue with two stages of music, food, arts and crafts and a kids zone Saturday from 11am-6pm.
🎨 CommUnity Mural Kick-Off Event: Grab a paintbrush and help bring a four-years-in-the-making public art project to life. Use paint-by-numbers to fill in a mural Saturday 10am-1pm at the Imperial Avenue Family Health Center. DJs, art activities and free lunch.
🛍️ San Diego Made Summer Market: Shop 120-plus local makers and catch food trucks, live music and kids activities Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm at Liberty Station's Ingram Plaza; admission is $5, and kids 10 and under are free.
🌠 San Diego Dark Sky Festival: Head to Julian for astronomy talks, hands-on activities, telescope viewing and late-night stargazing Saturday from 3-11pm at Julian Union High School.
🪴 "Little Shop of Horrors" featuring Ellen Greene: The cult musical comedy gets a 40th-anniversary screening hosted by original Audrey Ellen Greene Saturday at 7pm at the Balboa Theatre.
🎸 Bayside Bands, Brew & BBQ featuring Saliva: SeaWorld's summer food-and-music series brings early-2000s rock band Saliva to the Bayside Amphitheater Saturday at 6pm, included with park admission.
💃 Noche de Cumbia: Wachiwara, local favorites The Sleepwalkers and DJs Las Sucias bring four hours of cumbia to Quartyard Saturday starting at 5pm; it's 21+.
🏃 America's Finest City Half Marathon & 5K: Runners take in Point Loma, the bay and downtown before finishing in Balboa Park Sunday, with the 5K starting at 6:10am and the half marathon at 6:15am.
