If you prefer the company of your dog to other people (🙋🏼♀️ Claire raises hand), you may want to check out Yappy Hours.
The big picture: The monthly happy hours at Margaritaville Hotel in Gaslamp have gone to the dogs, with special treats, a doggy menu and places to buy your pup accessories.
- On Thursday, the first 20 dogs at the bar will also get a personalized necklace.
Zoom in: The event goes from 4-6pm on the last Thursday of each month at the rooftop 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar.
- It's free and open to the public.
- Dogs must be friendly and leashed at all times.
💭 Claire's thought bubble: A big group of dogs at a bar sounds like chaos to me, but also adorbs. I'm tempted to bring my dog Kima, though she might be a pain.
