🎤 Pitbull — Mr. Worldwide brings the party to North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista on Friday night with a set full of arena-ready hits.
🎭 The Sound of Music — The classic Broadway musical continues Friday through Sunday at the San Diego Civic Theatre downtown.
🎻 Candlelight: Queen vs. ABBA — A string quartet plays a candlelight concert of pop and rock hits at the San Diego Natural History Museum Friday night in Balboa Park.
🏃 Rock 'n' Roll Running Series — Thousands of runners take over the streets Saturday and Sunday for the annual race weekend featuring a 5K, half marathon and marathon, plus live music at the finish line.
✊🏾 Kuumba Fest — The free annual celebration of Black arts and culture returns Saturday from 11am-5pm in Encanto with DJs, dancing, spoken word, live performances and an African marketplace, followed by an evening documentary screening and Q&A in Emerald Hills.
🎮 Triton Gaming Expo 2026 — UC San Diego's gaming convention is open to the public and brings esports tournaments, cosplay and indie games to Price Center on Saturday and Sunday.
🎧 Mau P at Gallagher Square — The Dutch house music star headlines an outdoor dance show Saturday night next to Petco Park.
🎨 Seek Fest at San Diego Made Factory — Logan Heights hosts this eclectic Saturday night festival with live bands, DJs, craft beer, cocktails, vegan food vendors, live painting, chainstitch embroidery and massages from 5-11pm.
🌞 Fiesta del Sol — Check out this free, family-friendly arts and music festival with more than a dozen bands, including the Grammy-winning Los Lobos at Fletcher Cove Beach Park on Saturday and Sunday.
🍷 Vintners Wine Festival — Enjoy unlimited tastings of local wines, charcuterie and live music at this wine festival at Bernardo Winery on Sunday.
