If you're looking for as many different ways to consume sugar as possible, Olala Crepes should be high on your list.
Dig in: This French creperie has sweet and savory crepe options, but also macarons, cookies, beignets and acai bowls. Oh yeah, and gelato.
Best bites: Claire and her son tried an Oreo and chocolate crepe (his pick) that was brimming with crumbled Oreos and drizzled with a dark chocolate sauce.
- You can also try lemon, peanut butter, strawberry or "the original" variety (just butter and cinnamon sugar).
- Some birthday cake, bubble gum and red velvet macarons may or may not have also been sampled.
5-word review: Every bite was sugary perfection.
Friction point: If for some reason you don't like sugar, or you just want some crepe balance in your diet, they also offer savory options with ham, chicken, bacon or salmon.
