Sure, it's cliché, but January does feel like a fresh start and a chance to make changes.

Why it matters: If you're making resolutions this year, please share them. We'll make a list for those procrastinators among us who need inspiration.

Between the lines: Are you going to try Dry January? Or attempt a new exercise goal? Or set a new habit?

A few ideas: Maybe you can maximize your vacation days in 2026. Or try our list of outdoor challenges. Or run a 5K or 10K on Saturday.

Or go hard like our editor Geoff, who is attempting the 75 Hard challenge. We wish him the best.

💭 Geoff's thought bubble: I've tried (and failed) 75 Hard before, but I remain intrigued by its structure and the discipline required to make it through, plus the chance to shed some holiday pounds.

💭 Claire's thought bubble: I'm going way easier than Geoff and resolving to take a dance class this year. I'm a terrible dancer but have always wanted to do it. Send me any suggestions!

💭 Kate's thought bubble: My resolution is to read at least one book a month, and get most of them from the library instead of the Kindle store. That might sound easy, but I'm hoping it'll grow into a new daily habit.
