San Diego County Fair wraps 2025 run after welcoming 874,000 attendees

• 58,520 people came on the fair's busiest day.
• 7,200 Tres Leches Cinnamon Rolls were sold, or about 400 per day. The treat won Best of Show in the food competition, and its creators, Country Fair Cinnamon Rolls, have been vendors at the fair for 48 years.
• 37,178 thrill-seekers rode the 177-ft tall Thunderbird — a new ride advertised as the tallest portable swing tower in North America.
• 8,333 country music fans saw Jon Pardi's concert, the most popular Toyota Summer Concert Series show. Zedd was the other sold-out performance.
• $10,215 was the price of the Grand Champion Steer sold at the Junior Livestock Auction

Between the lines: The fair collected about 700 lost items that can be claimed through July 14.
