San Diego FC won their first game at Snapdragon Stadium Saturday, beating Los Angeles FC 3-2 in front of 32,000 fans.
Why it matters: SDFC's third win of the season pulled them to second place in the MLS' Western Conference in their inaugural season.
Driving the news: After getting out to a 3-0 lead, SDFC let in two goals near the end of the first half then held on through a tense, scoreless second half for the win.
