What to try: The shakerato — a small-but-mighty, Italian-style, shaken iced espresso with a foamy top.

• I got the subtly sweet vanilla-orange blend, but the lavender lemon is the most popular, per the barista. Honey cinnamon is a sweeter option.
• Andy always opts for a cold brew — here, the coffee is brewed hot and then flash chilled and served over ice. He approved.

The vibe: The coffee shop is small but bright and airy. It has indoor seating for remote work and sidewalk tables for coffee dates.
