A new dog park opened in Allied Gardens over the weekend.
The intrigue: The long-awaited, off-leash dog park is the first in San Diego's District 7, thanks to residents who advocated for it for years, the Union-Tribune reports.
💭Kate's thought bubble: The huge, grassy park was bustling with retrievers, doodles and terriers Monday evening. It has water, seating, separate areas for small and large dogs to run freely, and tree stumps for agility training.
