Spirit's bánh mì pizza is worth a slice

• That's sesame barbecued seitan, candied jalapeño, pickled carrots and red onions, sriracha lime vegenaise, cilantro and mint.

Dig in: The pizza has the sour, sweet and spicy combo you would expect from a bánh mi. The smoky seitan comes through, and the thin crust gives you some crunch.

💭 Ryan's thought bubble: I wanted more fresh cilantro for additional crisp, though I understand it's a polarizing herb.

The verdict: Another fun addition to Pittsburgh's pantheon of weird pizzas, but less risky than pies topped with dill pickles or made out of pie crust.
