👋 Ryan here. I wanted to share one of my new favorite dishes from Camino in Bloomfield.
🍖 Dig in: Cochinita pibil is slow-roasted pork cooked with earthy achiote paste, bright citrus and fragrant spices, all wrapped in a banana leaf.
🇲🇽 The intrigue: The recipe hails from Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula, and Camino is one of the only spots in Pittsburgh serving it.
💵 Cost: $20
📍 If you go: 4428 Liberty Ave., Bloomfield
