👋 Alexis here! I popped into CobblerWorld, a Black-owned pastry shop on Penn Avenue in Downtown that reopened its doors on Tuesday after a brief hiatus.
Dig In: The shop specializes in baked goods like cobblers, cheesecakes, Bundt cakes, pies and more.
I tried the lemon mini-Bundts that were moist with a perfect mix of sweet and tangy.
Catch up quick: CobblerWorld, founded in 2014, opened a grab-and-go cafe in Bellevue in 2024 alongside the Downtown shop near the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
If you go: The shop is open Tuesday-Friday 11am-3pm, with plans for extended and weekend hours during the NFL Draft.
