Bruster's scoops up new city spot

What they're saying: Chad McWreath, owner of the new city location and the Bruster's in Squirrel Hill, said he's excited to expand into Shadyside.

Context: The new Bruster's will sit in a strip mall storefront that was most recently occupied by Emiliano's Mexican Restaurant, which closed that location in 2023.

The details: Located at 4815 Centre Ave., the new spot will feature indoor ordering, two outdoor patios, and a full kosher menu.
