From Westport to Overland Park, Pride Month will fill the Kansas City metro with parades, drag and live music this June. Here's what to check out.
🌈 KC PrideFest and Parade
KC Pride throws the city's largest LGBTQ+ celebration, with three days of live music, drag, food trucks and family activities at Theis Park. The festival dates back to 1975. This year's theme is "It's All Ours."
- The parade rolls from Westport down Broadway and onto Emanuel Cleaver II Boulevard before ending at the park.
Stop by: The festival runs from Friday to Sunday, with the free parade on Saturday. Festival admission starts at $10, and kids 12 and under get in free.

🕊️ White Wing Dove: A Pride Spectacular
The Heidmann Art Salon and Brent Thompson curate an evening of art, fashion and live performances inside the historic Hotel Phillips.
Stop by: The show starts at 7pm Saturday (tickets are $25 to $43).
💃 Putti Fruity
Billed as a night of Latina joy and perreo, this dance party highlights LGBTQ+ Latinas, community and culture at Café Corazón.
Stop by: It starts at 7pm on June 13 ($5).
🎤 Dragapella!
The Beautyshop Quartet returns for a one-night show of drag and a cappella, billed as "'Pitch Perfect' meets 'Drag Race,'" at The Black Box.
Stop by: The show is at 8pm on June 14 (tickets are $55 at the door).
🍸 Kansas City Pride Bar Crawl
Named the city's official Pride crawl, this annual bar hop kicks off at Kon Tiki and runs into the night.
Stop by: The crawl runs from 4-10pm on June 20 (tickets start at $18).
🎶 Anthems of Pride
The Heartland Men's Chorus, a gay men's chorus founded in KC in 1986, closes its 40th season with its full chorus and orchestra, plus Broadway and TV star Cheyenne Jackson.
Stop by: Performances are June 27 and 28 at Yardley Hall at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park (tickets run from $36 to $75).
