Plaza Provisions, a new food hall located at 46th Terrace and Wornall Road, has been serving local favorites in an upscale setting since quietly opening in August.
Why it matters: The food is really good.
Zoom in: Restaurants include Lula Southern Provisions, Guy's Deli and Pizza, Hawg Jaw Que and Brew, and J. Rieger.
💠Travis' thought bubble: Plaza Provisions might have the best breakfast sandwich no one's ever heard of — the place was empty (on a Monday morning, to be fair), but this warm egg and salami hoagie should have a line down the block.
And the biscuit from Lula's was perfectly crisp, flaky and buttery.
Between the lines: It's another attempt at a food hall here, after a Strang Hall Chef Collective location closed a little more than a year after opening.
Plaza Provisions is operated by Cascade Hotel, Startland News reports. The hotel, which opened in 2023, adjoins the space.
