East Crossroads isn't where you expect to stumble into a Hawaiian coffee shop, but that's exactly why HITIDES works. It feels out of place in the best way.
The vibe: This city has coffee shops on every corner, but HITIDES doesn't blend in. It doubles down on the island theme, offering topical drinks, Dole soft-serve, and a fun menu in a space meant to feel like a break, not a pit stop.

What to try: I went for the Hawaiian Macchiato — espresso with caramel and coconut. It tastes familiar and surprising at the same time, like KC dressed up in a floral shirt.
💠Abbey's thought bubble: I was born in Oahu, and it still cracks me up that a place that feels like home sits in the middle of the Crossroads.
Also, it might be the only place where I can down enough caffeine to trigger a full-blown panic attack while gentle luau music plays in the background.
