Sam & Greg's is winning the holiday flavor game.
Why it matters: Nothing says it's the holidays like seasonal flavors that pop up only this time of year, especially the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes.
That goes for Sam & Greg's Pizzeria/Gelateria, too, where Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake gelato has been a seasonal staple for the past few years, said Stella Miller, maker of the restaurant's gelato for the last decade.
What they're saying: "The recipe is a bit of a secret," Miller said. "But it does have a lot of white chocolate."
- Miller, who has worked at Sam & Greg's for the last 14 years, handles the restaurant's seasonal flavors for Halloween, Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas and more.
