Hattie B's Hot Chicken is ready to open.
Why it matters: The Nashville-based hot chicken chain has been taking shape within sight of passersby on Memorial Parkway for months, and now folks know when they can pull off for a bite.
Zoom in: It's Hattie B's first location to offer a pick-up lane for call-in and online orders, per an announcement Thursday, and it's the first tenant to open at Stadium Commons.
The restaurant opens Dec. 10, at 3212 Memorial Parkway, at 10:45am, and the first 100 guests on opening day will get a specially-designed Hattie B's Huntsville tote bag with a branded bandana, neckerchief, patches and a poster.
What they're saying: "Folks can expect everything they know and love about Hattie B's — our delicious fried chicken, hot or not, classic Southern sides, grandma-approved desserts and cold beer," Hattie B's Executive Chef Brian Morris said.
