Deer Tick and Neal Francis are set to headline the 2025 Tangled String Music & Arts Festival, set for Lowe Mill Arts & Entertainment this fall.
Why it matters: Tangled String is just the latest example of Huntsville's growing music scene that's attracting national attention and bringing more options for local music lovers.
- In an announcement July 16, Lowe Mill announced the full lineup for the festival and partnership with Tangled String Studios, with nationally-acclaimed artists and local talent alike.
Zoom out: The two-day event will take over the East Field from 11am-11pm Oct. 3 and 4, with almost 15 acts performing across two stages.
- Tangled String says the two-day extravaganza "aims to bring a high-quality music experience" with "nationally recognized artists, a stellar venue, and state-of-the-art sound and lighting."
- Also planned are art and merchandise vendors, specially-brewed beers from Yellowhammer Brewing and food trucks.
Zoom in: A key component of the festival will be Lowe Mill's curated art festival, which will showcase vendors throughout the facility's grounds, with work by a variety of artists and makers.
