"After more than 8 years of delay, frivolous motions, and Broward Sheriffs Office appeals, our families will finally get to face Broward Sheriff @bsosherifftony and Broward Sheriff's Office in court. Sheriff Tony, you lost your final appeal. Your relentless efforts to avoid our families is coming to an end. You were brought into as Sheriff to help us achieve accountability. Instead, you became a part of the efforts to cover this up. Our trial date is now set. We will see you in court."
